The Broad-billed Sandpipers (Limicola falcinellus) are nesting on the taiga of northern Scandinavia and Siberia. They are a typical migratory birds that winter in East Africa, South and Southeast Asia and Australasia.The Broad-billed Sandpiper forage on muddy coasts and in wetlands. It picks food with it's beak and locates it with vision. It feeds mainly on insects and small invertebrates.
