José Feliciano, born 10 september 1945 in Lares, Puerto Rico (raised in New York City, New York, USA), is a Puerto Rican singer and guitarist. Feliciano, who is blind since birth, made his stage debut at six years of age. In the early 1970s, he had several hits in the top ten, for example, Shake A Hand, Rain, Come Down Jesus, Feliz Navidad and Destiny.
