David Keith McCallum, Jr.., Born 19 september 1933 in Glasgow, Scotland, is a Scottish actor and musician. His father, David McCallum Sr. was first violinist of the London Philharmonic Orchestra and David himself played the oboe as a child. Film debut in 1957 in The Secret Place. He is best known for his role as the blond Russian agent Illya Kuryakin in The Man from UNCLE, both on TV and film from 1964 to 1968. He is also known as Dr. Donald "Ducky" Mallard in the U.S. TV series NCIS. Previously he was also known as "The Invisible Man" in the television series of the same name from the 1970s.
