The Horned Lark (Eremophila alpestris) nests in northern Europe, in the mountains of south-eastern Europe, in Morocco in northwest Africa, in Asia and in North America from the High Arctic regions to the Isthmus of Tehuantepec in the south.The Horned Lark's food is seeds and during the breeding season it is supplemented with insects.
