A delicous pollack for lunch

Today I had a delicious lunch at the golf club:
 Pollock with shrimp sauce, ruille and dill.

Pollock

Pollock or Pollack belongs to cod fishes, a pollock feeds on small fish such as herring, mackerel and small coalfish. Adults can grow up to 130 centimetres (51 in) and weigh up to 18.1 kilograms (40 lb), although more commonly their maximum length is 75 centimetres (30 in).
